Made to order

Every Arcade MVP item is printed on demand just for you by our production partner. Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or wrong size. Please check the size guide and product description before ordering.

Defects, misprints and damage

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will send a free reprint or issue a full refund, your choice. Email racecarshirts@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.

Wrong item

If you received the wrong item or size compared to what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint the correct item at no cost.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package never arrives, contact us and we will work with the carrier and our production partner to reprint and reship or refund your order. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout may need to be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order has not yet entered production; once printing starts, it can no longer be canceled.
